Felicia Finley has been rocking the Broadway scene for years. In her debut album, "Great Mood for a Tuesday" Felicia proves herself an authentic rockstar.
Felicia brings the house down from the album's opening track: the rocking "Satin Soldiers". In the title track, Felicia sings a dynamic vocal with blistering sincerity. Ms. Finley flirts with modern country as she belts out the chorus to "Stories". The nostalgic sounds of "Closing Time" and "My House Tonight" are reminiscent of great American classic rock. The beautiful melody and lyrics of "Tired of Losin' Sleep" are topped only by her vocal performance.
It may be her first release, but the record has the evocative, varied artistry of a rock veteran.
